Track Order
Want to check the status of your HungryPosters order?
You’re in the right place.
Every poster is made to order and shipped using Gelato’s global production network. Once your order is printed and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email with the latest updates.
How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email
As soon as your order ships, we send an email titled “Your Order Is On the Way”.
This email includes:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- A direct link to view tracking updates
Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it.
2. Didn’t Receive Tracking Yet?
Tracking is typically available within 2–5 business days after placing your order.
Because each poster is made to order, there is a short production period before it ships.
If it has been longer than 5 business days and you still have not received tracking, contact us at:

3. Multiple Items in One Order
If you ordered more than one poster:
- They may ship separately
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
- Tracking emails may arrive at different times
This is normal due to how Gelato routes production to the closest facility for each item.
4. Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It
Try the following:
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Look around entrances or mail areas
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
If the package still cannot be found, reach out to the carrier first, then contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
