Every product in our store is printed on demand using Gelato, our global production partner. This allows us to deliver high-quality posters, reduced waste, and fast delivery by producing your order at the closest available facility to your location.

Order Processing Time

Because every item is made to order, all orders require a short production period before shipment.

Production Time:

  • Usually 2–4 business days
  • May vary slightly during holidays or peak volume periods

You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order and another notification once your item has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders ship for free — no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest Gelato production facility to your delivery address, which helps ensure faster shipping times and reduces environmental impact.

Estimated Delivery Times (Production + Shipping):

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 4–9 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times vary by location, carrier, and seasonal demand.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Your checkout price already includes:

  • Production
  • Packaging
  • Carrier delivery
  • International routing where applicable
  • You will never see a shipping fee added at checkout.

Global Production & Local Fulfillment

Because Gelato uses a worldwide network of facilities:

  • Your order may ship from different locations depending on stock and proximity
  • If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately
  • Packaging styles may vary slightly

This distributed model ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

While uncommon, delays may occur due to:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Weather or carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Remote delivery locations
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we will assist promptly.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship once a correct address is provided
  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs
  • Orders cannot be refunded for address errors made at checkout.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items (Our Only Return Exception)

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective area
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement.

No returns are required for damaged or misprinted items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office
  • HungryPosters is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

If the carrier shows the item lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with Gelato.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some countries may charge customs fees, VAT, or import duties.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Fees vary based on country regulations
  • In some cases, Gelato may pre-collect these fees to ensure smoother delivery
